Pat and Sam catered our wedding this year and the food was an enormous hit! Their process is very good and they are great people. Would 10000% recommend them for any occasion!
Working with Sam and Pat was a wonderful experience! They made planning a menu that fit our event easy and were great communicators throughout the whole process. The food was incredible as well as its presentation. Sam and Pat make an incredible team. Marquette has lacked catering options for a long time and Loaded Potato does a terrific job of filling that need. I cannot recommend them enough.
We hired Pat & Sam for our wedding in Marquette in September. We booked them without tasting or really knowing much about them. My Husband and I booked solely based off our phone calls and emails. Pat and Sam where both so kind and willing to work with our wedding vision. The process was very smooth and they were willing to add or take away things as needed. They helped us create a brunch menu and fall drinks to go with. We were drooling just looking at the menu that we finalized on. Our wedding day turned out way better than we could have ever expected. The food not only tasted absolutely amazing, but was displayed stunningly. All the food was fresh and you could tell the ingredients were homemade. We also did monkey bread as our “wedding cake” which turned out great. All of our family and friends were talking about how good the food was for weeks to come. It really brought our entire event together. Pat and Sam were so wonderful to work with and the bartender was so friendly and made amazing drinks. We really stepped out of our comfort zone hiring them from far away with out ever tasting them. But we are so happy we stumbled upon Loaded Potato Catering and cannot wait for a chance to eat something from them again. We would recommend them time and time again.
Loaded Potato catered my husband’s retirement party. Pat & Sam are great and fun to work with! They communicate throughout the planning and were available promptly for any questions I had. The food was wonderful and I have had many people ask (even now and it was 5 months ago) me who catered the event. I did not have to do anything! They took care of everything. I will hire Pat & Sam for all my future events!
We recently ordered a large Charcuterie Board from Loaded Potato Catering Company and it was amazing! The large was more than enough to keep 20 people happy! It was beautifully presented and delicious. Would highly recommend!

The two of them went above and beyond to help me plan our menu, even when I lived over 400 miles away!Throughout our time together, Pat and Sam showcased their industry knowledge, flexibility and culinary skills by email, video call, and a fabulous taste testing. Within a week of the big day, they were in communication with me to finesse any last minute details and make sure everything was absolutely perfect.And then there was our wedding day. You guys, the food was INCREDIBLE! I received SO many rave reviews on each entrée, especially the vegetarian/vegan option! Some friends that are "allergic to vegetables" could NOT get enough of the stuffed Portobello mushroom. If that doesn't tell you how talented this team is, I don't know what will!To the entire team at Loaded Potato: Thank you for the incredible food and service. We are so lucky to have been able to work with you and look forward to booking your services in the future!
Sami and her crew catered a very special family memorial event for us at Barrel and Beam. The food was spectacular, everyone raved about it. I cannot recommend them more highly. Wonderful food, professional, dependable, and reasonably priced.
